Remote desktop for your business

NoMachine Enterprise Desktop Products

Work on any computer from the Internet

NoMachine Enterprise Desktop is a fast, secure, and self-hosted remote desktop solution built for businesses and professionals who need reliable remote access and collaboration. Connect to your office desktop, access unattended systems, and manage remote machines on the command line through secure terminal access, all on your own infrastructure and fully under your control. It turns any desktop into a shared workspace: share your desktop with unlimited guests for real-time collaboration, file sharing, and remote troubleshooting. Designed to work natively over IP, it's the natural choice for organizations with their own private network infrastructure. For teams that need flexible connectivity beyond their own network, the NoMachine Network service provides a simple and secure way to reach any computer remotely, including through a Web browser.

Remote Desktop Your Way

Enterprise Desktop delivers a remote desktop experience that feels truly local. Powered by NoMachine's NX technology, sessions run smoothly in full high definition, handling even the most graphics-intensive workloads with ease. As a multi-codec solution, it dynamically adapts to network conditions, creating an experience so seamless you can forget you're working remotely. Deployable on any physical or virtual machine, on-premise or in the cloud, Enterprise Desktop provides a fully-featured remote working environment. With an intuitive interface and all tools within easy reach, you can access and share the desktop, stream multimedia, transfer and print files in both directions, redirect USB devices, record sessions, and fine-tune audio and connection quality. NoMachine lets you reach your desktop and connected devices in the way that suits you best, either directly over IP or using a Machine Id. For internet-based access, NoMachine Network offers a secure, subscription-based service that eliminates the need to know network details. Computers published to the Network are automatically assigned a unique Machine Id, allowing you to connect regardless of location or network configuration. With a NoMachine account and an active Network subscription, the Machine Id is all you need to get connected.

Security and Privacy at Every Level

NoMachine software is built with privacy and security at its core. All data transmitted between devices is protected by end-to-end encryption, with every connection secured using OpenSSL TLS/SSL and AES 128-bit encryption, ensuring data remains private across the internet, local networks, and corporate infrastructures. For attended access, collaboration is straightforward and controlled. Guest desktop sharing lets you authorize incoming connections on your own terms, choosing between view-only mode or fully interactive mode when hands-on assistance is needed. Unattended scenarios are equally well covered. The remote screen can be blanked to prevent sensitive content from being visible to bystanders, and the system screen lock can be set to activate automatically when the last user disconnects. Additionally, when you're working on your desktop and don't want to be interrupted with connection requests, NoMachine stays out of your way. Incoming access to your desktop can be blocked and reinstated with a single click, giving you complete control over who can connect and when.

Bring All Your Desktops Together

For organizations managing desktops across multiple locations or teams, NoMachine makes it easy to bring everything together. Enterprise Desktop can function as a standalone server or as a node within a NoMachine Cloud Server, consolidating access to multiple installations under a single, unified entry point. Your setup grows with you. Start small and scale up as your needs evolve, combining Enterprise Desktop installations with a single Cloud Server or an Enterprise Cloud Server Cluster for unlimited scalability. Install Enterprise Desktop on any device running Windows, macOS, Linux, or ARM and add it to the Cloud Server with ease. A centralized server gateway gives all your users a secure, reliable, and consistent access point from any device, including through a simple web browser.

One Product for All Your Remote Connectivity Needs

Smart user interface

NoMachine's powerful UI installed on connecting clients lets you create remote connections in a click and provides a clear overview of other NoMachine desktops available on your network, all your remote NoMachine sessions and your NoMachine recordings. Filter out entries by entering a keyword in the search box and select from the results.

Remote collaboration

Remote collaboration is made easy with guest desktop sharing, letting you authorize incoming connections in view-only or interactive mode. Share your screen, collaborate on documents, troubleshoot issues together, and use the integrated whiteboard to leave notes or highlight ideas, all securely and fully under your control.

Track guest access with notifications

Requests to connect to your desktop and information about connected users are conveniently placed in the system tray where you can easily disconnect guests and even disable access to your desktop in one click. You decide who can connect, how and when, all securely and under your control.

Connect over any network

Computers with Enterprise Desktop installed are reachable wherever they are in the world. Connect using the remote computer's IP address or over NoMachine Network, the service that allows you to get to any computer, even if it is behind a firewall or if it doesn't have a public IP address. Add as many Enterprise Desktop machines as you like to NoMachine Network and let users with Network Subscriptions connect.

Web-based remote access

Enterprise Desktop lets you access your remote desktop via Web, thanks to the Web Player, so that you can work from anywhere without installing additional software on your device. All you need is a simple Web browser.

Remote terminal connections

Run unlimited secure remote terminals on any macOS, Linux, or Windows system, without requiring a full desktop connection. No need for SSH on the server, NoMachine implements its own remote shell server. Connect to your machines to execute your scripts and carry out your admin tasks, all remotely and without interrupting the end user.

Two-factor authentication

NoMachine's 2FA provides additional protection. Use it to protect your NoMachine logins and to approve incoming Network or over IP connections to your machines. Push notifications are sent to your mobile device so that you can approve or deny any request to connect.

VPN for security and privacy

Create a secure virtual tunnel using NoMachine built-in VPN which can be configured to allow access to the remote LAN as well as safely route Internet traffic. All data traveling between the NoMachine client and the Internet is encrypted and redirected through the remote NoMachine Enterprise Desktop machine, so that you can use your business network infrastructure as a single-access-point to the Internet.

Seamless Authentication and SSO

Integrate with your existing authentication infrastructure, including Active Directory, Kerberos, and PAM-based two-factor authentication. Version 10 adds single sign-on support for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Keycloak, and Google Identity allowing users to authenticate with corporate credentials without client-side configuration or manual key distribution.

Integrated remote management tool

Remotely access and remotely administer the settings of any NoMachine Enterprise server through the new server admin tool. It permits complete and convenient remote configuration management via your usual NoMachine Player.

Session recording

Sometimes it’s easier to show rather than explain. With NoMachine's built-in screen recorder you can capture both local and remote desktop activity to create how-tos, describe problems or simply record a weird bug. Automatic recording also makes it a useful tool for auditing and monitoring remote sessions.

Access to files, drives, and devices

Browse remote files and drives as if they were local, with seamless file transfer, drag and drop, and copy and paste in both directions. Redirect USB devices and peripherals, printers, scanners, smart cards, input devices, and security dongles and print effortlessly across local and remote systems. Everything you need feels close at hand, no matter where it's physically running.

Port forwarding

NoMachine's port-forwarding captures and reroutes traffic between local and remote ports through a fully encrypted connection. This tunneling approach makes remote services appear and behave as though they're running directly on your local machine. Useful when ports are already in use on your network or when direct access to a service on the remote system is restricted.

Protect what's on the screen

NoMachine gives you full control over desktop visibility in unattended scenarios. Blank the remote screen to keep sensitive information out of sight, and automatically lock the physical display on disconnect, ensuring your desktop stays secure and private at all times.

Automatic discovery and Wake-on-LAN

Quickly find and connect to other NoMachine hosts on your local network. Systems with NoMachine installed automatically appear to other clients on the same LAN, making them instantly available for connection. If a machine is asleep or powered off, it can be woken remotely using Wake-on-LAN, so you can bring systems online and start working without delay.
