| The Challenge |
| Multiple groups of ECI Telecom employees across the continents were experiencing continuous disruptions in their remote session connections, prohibiting them from connecting to the company's central server and accessing their desktops and important files while traveling or working from remote locations. ECI employees across the globe needed session resiliency, so they would not get disconnected from their desktops in the middle of creating or updating critical work files, or while traveling between locations. |

| The Solution |
NX Enterprise Server offered ECI employees a fully-featured Unix terminal server and desktop consolidation tool that allowed multiple employees to create, manage and operate an unlimited number of virtual desktop sessions on a single server. Furthermore, the session reliability and unmatched speed of NX gave ECI's employees a real-time user experience, allowing them to access software applications, and create and update work files as if they were in the office. With NX's disconnect/resume feature, software developers were better able to work from multiple locations.

NX has helped create session resiliency, client portability and location independence for ECI Telecom, giving their many employees the ability to be as productive during their remote NX sessions as they are at work. Moreoever, because of the NX disconnect/resume feature, ECI software developers can now be in the middle of work at one location, disconnect their NX sessions, travel to a different location and resume their sessions, continuing their work right where they left off.
Furthermore, because of the ability of NX to host tens, or even hundreds of concurrent sessions on a single computer, NX was a smart expenditure for ECI; it was a fraction of the cost of competing solutions.
