NX Knowledge Base

By entering the NX Support Center, registered customers can open new Support Enquiries and get support according to the service level agreement associated with the subscription they purchased. If you are not a registered customer, you can login as anonymous. Anonymous users have access to the full range of NX information, except the ability to submit Support Enquiries to the NX support staff.

Server Upgrades

You can download updated versions of NX Server product line from our general download page. Follow the instructions below to perform the upgrade or click here for more detailed instructions:

Download the prerequisite NX Client version;

Download the prerequisite NX Node version;

Download the new NX Server version;

Make a backup of your prior NX installation. From a shell with root privileges execute the command: tar -cvpf - /usr/NX | gzip -c > NX.backup.tar.gz

Proceed to the upgrade of your NX system by using the standard package management facilities provided by your platform.
